Reviews from visitors:
We did the free Tuesday which starts at 4pm-7pm. It was plenty of time to see all the exhibits. They also had a special exhibit on movie metal that kids liked. The only thing we paid for was parking and it was only $5. Will be back.
It is a nice museum, but the only reason I went was to see the Movie Metal exhibit...and let me just warn you to save your money! It's a tent with 4 cars and the other half of half the exhibit you can see when you walk in. THE BEST IS FREE! The staff was nice and it is a museum, and you can argue, "Well you're helping to support the arts in San Antonio" but if i wanted to donate to art I would and I do, but the bait and switch for this exhibit really disappointed my family and myself.
First class Museum...love their permant Egyptian collection!
Beautiful art from all over.
Always a pleasure seeing the best the world has to offer!
