A great place for a panoramic view of Sapporo City .
The observation deck offers a great view of the city as far as the eye can see.
Up there ,you can find very clean toilet facilities,snack bar and souvenir shop and of course some telescopes for your viewing pleasure. .
This place offers discount for senior citizens over 60s by the show of your passport.
It is your alternative if you want to be on somewhere higher than the Sapporo TV tower.
