one of the few places in Korea or maybe the only place where young street artists are authorized by the local government to draw graffiti.

One can only appreciate how everyone has a voice in Korea, especially graffiti artists. This is a nice place to come see some local artists simply doing what they do. The art was pretty good, and I think it is worth checking out. You won't be broken hearted if you miss this tunnel on a visit, but if you are in the area you might catch someone mid-piece which is cool. Check it out!
