We bought a print here while on holiday to Croatia in 2018 ( in the pic) and just received our new print that I ordered before Christmas. Looking forward to framing and hanging them.
A very beautifully curated museum: we enjoyed the art-work and the chance to learn about the history of Dalmatia through it! Both the permanent and temporary exhibitions are worth a visit when in town.
This was one THE best experience I had in Split. I went to Pineli & Vino with my girlfriend, I wanted to make a surprise for our date night. We are both amateurs with no any sense for art, but we had a lot of fun and met some wonderful people there. Last time I painted something was in my elementary school. The whole atmosphere was extremely relaxed, so we really enjoyed. Wine was amazing! Our host Dona was so encouraging and motivating to us, so in the end we really made masterpiece of our own. Now they hang on the wall in our bedroom, my girlfriend is supeeer in love with me. Thank you Pineli & Vino!!
Fantastic gallery. Full of the works of acclaimed sculpter Ivan Mestrovic, all in what was once his residence.
Amazing front gardens sweep up from the sea to an imposing set of stairs and column lined patio.
Various sculptures of his sit in the garden and throughout the 2 storey house.
There are also a few paintings and sketches.
It is a commanding view from the patio entrance and also from the terrace up on the 1st floor.
About 1.5kms from the old town, a nice stroll along the foreshore. Best gallery in Split!
