Come here to see the glass house, which btw is worth php30m. As a subdivision though this is nothing more than a huge vacant lot turned into another boutique community. Not many trees around, no views and no anything, yet. I'm sure this will change in 2-3 years.
The other "Batulao" place is so much better.
I received a notice from Century that they could not honor my contract and I need to choose a more expensive (2M) alternative. I declined and ask them to return the down payment. It has been 6 months of excuses and promises that it will be returned. The Makati office people lie, have different answer than the so called agents. Last excuse was "The owners out of the country".
