Reviews from visitors:
Short Foot (formerly known as Short Foot and Short Foot) is a street between Rataskaevu Street and Long Foot in the Old Town of Tallinn, which runs from Toompea through the Short Foot Gate to the suburb. The short leg also gives access to the Royal Danish Garden. Short feet are first mentioned in 1353 (brevis mons, Latin 'short mountain'), in 1371 called parvus mons (Latin 'small mountain'). In Latin records it is also called descensus montis ad mare ('descent to the sea').
From 1428 the Lower German name for the apartment berg ('short mountain') is known, from 1500 for the apartment dombergh ('short mountain hill'). For pedestrians only, Short Foot was the only connection between the Upper Town (Toompea) and the Sub-Town, with the Long Foot until the establishment of Falk Road and Commandant Road in the late 19th century.
Because of its two "legs" of different lengths, Tallinn is sometimes jokingly called a "limping city".
Great art and nice handicrafts
Great selection of quality handicrafts.
I don't like a service and communication, prices are too high also.
