Very disappointed, responsibility is not their word. The will get your money but no service. I highly aware all people to keep themselves away to do any kind of deals with this agency. I am not sure if it is bad will but or if it is lack of experience but they made me lost £ 800 and I never got the service.
A fantastic travel agency. They care about advising you. My last trip abroad before the pandemic was with them and they prepared everything beautifully. Without a doubt it will not be the last and as soon as it is possible to travel with a certain normality I will resort to them.
A few months ago we booked a trip with them, after going to several agencies, we decided on this one.The two girls who work there are super friendly and advise you on everything with sincerity.The truth that my partner and I were super happy with them and with the trip we made. I always send family and friends there. We will return for the next trip without a doubt.
