Great tradisional market!! Really nice and and helpful locals, lots of things to buy, lots of shops to choose from, great for souvenir hunting for your love one.
Dont forget to bargain tho, because the opening price can be twice the actual price especially for tourists.
Unfortunately right now the market is not as busy as it use to be because of the lack of customers, so it would be great if you drop by and buy some items to support the locals.

Semar Kuning is full of astonishing pieces of art and offers a superb hospitality. We got several arts selected from different collections of Semar Kuning. That was so hard to choose cuz so many selections and they are all awesome! And talking about the service, Pak Ketut is very welcoming and friendly! Thank you for helping us!

Wonderful experience. Widya and his team offer a calm, supportive workshop to create your own batik piece. Dozens of templates and stamps to choose from or draw your own design. They will help apply the wax if you are a novice like me. A good selection of colours available for painting. It is wonderful to see the colours become vibrant in the fixing process. Fresh bottled water and all materials supplied. They also offer a variety of Indonesian dishes for purchase at lunch time. I'll be back next time I visit Bali!

My sister and I took our 4 teenagers to make silver jewelry here today - it was fantastic and far exceeded our expectations. The people are very friendly, the teacher is so patient cool helpful. We felt it was just the right amount of involvement. We designed our own pieces, cut the silver out, filed it, and drew and cut out details. We were all so impressed with how our pieces turned out! And we can't talk highly enough of the lovely teachers and others who made this activity so memorable. Thanks so much!

Wasn’t really sure what to expect from this little gallery but was pleasantly surprised when I went. Not the biggest collection in the world but s good selection of locally produced Balinese artworks. Worth your time if you happen to be in the area.
