Reviews from visitors:
Pretenscious but fun!
The staff was very friendly and attentive.
I am a lifetime colorado resident.. I lived and and worked in Vail about 22 years ago..
I had the opportunity to stay the weekend this past summer..
I bought a new fuzzy “Vail” labeled jacket for my 11 year old son..
something i like to do when ever we visit the old mountain communities
needless to say my son didn’t like jacket as it did not fit him very well..
so the next morning ..(less than 12 hours later) I decided I should return the $150.00 jacket..
I waited for the store to open and with the Jacket and receipt in hand.
I asked the person at the counter if I can return it..
So he asked if my kid had worn it.. “just to try it on” I replied..
he said it is store policy that worn clothing is not eligible for returns and there is absolutely nothing he can do to help me..
then basically told me to leave..
I would recommend that visitors to the Village avoid this store as there are many clothing stores in the Village that are far better at customer service..
Staff completely ignored most of the people in the store. Definitely need customer service help.
One stop place for winter clothing.
Serviceable people !
