What a beautiful venue! I was there for a classical concert. The acoustics were magnificent. A special treat was being able to see the whole city skyline with the last light of the day from such a height and location.
Gorgeous place.
We had the 5€ promo tickets they sell at times, and because of the Covid19, only few tickets were sold and the place was almost empty, so it seemed more like a private concert. The orchestra was enchanting, incredible musicians.
It lasted one hour, the sound is really good and the visibility is actually good (I was in the area 4, corner seats, and I could see most of the stage).
Everything was clean, the toilet was cleaned everytime someone used it, the security staff was super nice and helpful, checking that we would move around at the right time and distance.
The place itself is a work of art, although I got quite surprised by the difference of material, colours and feeling you get on the inside of the building, compared to the outside.
I love the place.
Back to the city of the Arts and Sciences to attend the open house of Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia. It was a cool opportunity to visit all the spaces, principal hall, concert hall and upper hall of the bulls. all covid19 safety measures were taken. We look forward to attend one or more of the performances.
These buildings are magnificent. These are the things in which people should invest. If only all the money from weapon industry goes into science maybe we would already be able to not suffer anymore.
Anyways... if you are in Valencia surely visit this place and have a walk through the park around. Its really extraordinary experience in my opinion.
There are 4 main buildings in which there are various expositions (most of them are paid of course). The park is surrounding all of them together with several water reservoirs.
