I DO NOT recommend this place at all. This hotel is a SCAM. I was suppose to stay there for 2 nights which I paid in advance. Due to Venice flooding I changed plans as did not want to risk taking the family over there. I requested a refund and the hotel refused. They are holding be responsible for the flooding, and not taking into consideration that the situation was extremely poor, along with additional rain and flooding. They are not taking I would not want to risk taking a 3 year old when that can be avoided. Once again, based on my experience would not recommend this hotel.
Great stay, quiet, tranquil, excellent view from the junior suites. Customer service is fantastic, staffs are very friendly. Great breakfast options.

Perfect gem in the middle of Venice. Fantastic and friendly staff. Everything is a mere 15 minutes stroll away too.
Wonderful hotel, large room, large bathroom. The staff is excellent - helpful friendly and professional. Comfortable bed and linens. The breakfast included with the room is outstanding and plentiful. Location is great - quiet but very close to all attractions. Highly recommend.
