Great location with walking distance to most sites in Verona! Large and clean room. Excellent breakfast! Very helpful staff! Our best stay in Italy so far.
May not look great from the outside, but this is a very good hotel, and very clean. The room was nice, and so was the breakfast (they had eggs and bacon, ham, cheese plus croissants etc etc). The shower in the bathroom needed some fixing, but some members staff (all very kind and efficient) took a note of this immediately, and I bet it will be repaired super soon.
Good experience as hotel. Shower big enough for 2 persons and the bed as it is a double just perfect. Tidy and clean no sign of dust. I can only recommend. Price is acceptable taking in to consideration that is 5 min walk from the city center.

Big rooms, excellent value for money breakfast and cordial staff.
After an email correspondence of more than two weeks and more than 10 emails sent back and forth, they tell me that they do not accept students anymore, although it was clear from the beginning that I am asking for a group of university students. It was a complete waste of time, but above all it is discriminating. I am wondering if they also don't take elderly people, children, whatsoever.
