We have an awesome experience everything we go. Ms. Wang is amazing. If you want to have a pleasant experience when shopping ask for Ms.Wang. You will not be disappointed!
Sales rep was extremely rude from the time we entered to when we left. When we entered he was very unenthusiastic and didn’t seem to want to help us find what we were looking for. Then upon getting to the belt section I was asking to see two different belts and he told me to wait (in a rude tone) so his friend who also worked at the store could take a picture of some random object. And then proceeded to come off annoyed as if I was interrupting him and his friend from gossiping. For a clothing store like this that type of behavior is unacceptable. I left and took my business to the Gucci store down the street who had excellent customer service and better belts.
Bad customer service. It’s annoying to wait locked out of the store even when staff inside is clearly free. I’ll probably shop for a different brand next time.
