Well worth a visit. Great art inside the courtyard of a former Soviet times company: ELFA. So--you see some great art on a walk around the workshops and buildings and remnants of an industrial past. Yes, most of the space is actually still being used by a variety of businesses from metal work to offices. Check it out!

A must see, not seen anything like this before! For art lovers and street art in an industrial setting.

Especially not worth a ride. A few graffiti and all. Terrible area. Entrance is not easy to find. There are no pointers. Locals living on this street do not know and have not heard anything about this place.
