I don't put 0 because it doesn't have the option. Long queue, there is no line for the third or fourth age, no accessibility for disabled people, it is like they were doing you a favor instead of realizing that you are the customer, poor attention from the customer service desk, Very poor disposition of the guard. The unethical is the one that attends you at the door. Executives look like doctors just want to see a problem after waiting 30 45 minutes and then demand to queue first to the box and then to the customer more than 2 hours waiting in line. Forget about parking 2 months that are not able to fix the entrance door for parking but for workers if there is. You are inefficient and incompetent people.
Terrible, very small, it gets full and everyone in the sun queuing outside
Today we took 3 hours to withdraw the money from time deposits, the people who currently do not know anything, among the officials they ask me what I should do, it is a slow bank, my wife has a sight in the bank and every time wants to do an operation is two hours of processing, so we choose to withdraw the funds and put them in the BCI that are higher interest and faster attention
Excellent excellent bank service I recommend it fully and the branch of pedro de Valdivia with beautiful irarrazabal with a novel design for what is the common of banks
Bad service, you have to go from one executive to another because none have enough tools to solve the requirements, finally they sent me to another branch for lack of skills
