Every year when I come to Chile we spend few nights in this hotel. The location is good but the view from the rooms are amazing. The rooms are larger than average for a Hotel in the area and very clean. The hotel is very busy but people makes the difference, I wish I know the names of everyone working there, they will do everything possible to make the stay memorable. The breakfast selection is very good, but again the service is outstanding. I always leave the place happy. See you next time.

Having been there this is the best location and appearance hotel in Vina or Valparaíso. If you are looking for the top end I am not sure where else you would go. Service food and prices are appropriate.
Beautiful Hotel and nice location but administration is really bad, let start with the room. air conditioner is controlled with lowest temp 22 centigrade, so you are going to sweat a lot, they offer a coffee machine but with only two servings and if you want more you have to pay a fee, for water too even in a room for four people. Travesía rest is the only open but food is low quality and really badly made, buffet breakfast is okay, staff are friendly
Great views! Sunset drinks at the outdoor deck was great and breakfast was good. Service level was inconsistent though.
