My husband and I made a stop here during our honeymoon. Visually, the store is certainly quite busy - yes, the aisles are narrow and crowded, but in a way that will be familiar to you if you've ever frequented similar beach-front establishments. In the case of this store, the store was both well organized and absolutely clean. The music box provided adorable ambiance! Both ladies were extremely polite and kind.
An important note -- if you can't find a single other souvenir to take (and they offer a wide variety of goodies!) -- absolutely don't leave without fudge! We initially declined, having just purchased a large quantity in Williamsburg, but she was in the midst of preparing a batch of red velvet, and after showing us the process she rather insisted. That bite was enough to sell us immediately -- of all the sweets we picked up along the road, hers was the fudge that didn't make it home, and the only fudge I've ever felt the need to immediately recommend to others. The perfect flavor, a velvet texture -- immaculate.
Of all the Virginia Beach shops we visited, this one made the best lasting impression, and it's impossible to miss on the pier. Thank you both!
Visited here in January and I felt I had to review! I purchased a Virginia Beach shirt and it still fits! Perfect souvenir shop if you like collecting.
Owners are the nicest people in Va Beach.. buy the fudge! She makes it herself ❤️
Owner was very friendly fudge was amazingly if you like fudge highly recommend... sea salt dark chocolate hands down yum!!
