Reviews from visitors:
For Russian standards a relatively good museum. Two points for improvement: 1) don’t rip off foreigners. It is not justified to charge them double the price. For them the quality of the museum is less (see 2) If the museum is short of funds it should work on securing them elsewhere instead taking advantage of guests. 2) very little of the exhibition text is in English, nothing in Chinese or Japanese. Given that these visitors pay more there should be more in their languages and less in Russian.
A great insight into the past. The exhibits are excellent & well laid out
I visited last Sat and I was very nice time. displaying of Balhae was the best time of my Vladivostok tour because the nation is one of ancient Korean but I couldn't see in my country. Also The receptionist was so kind and curators are very good. Near history of Vladivostok was also good.
It's the museum where you can discover the culture and history in Vladivostok. I like the external appearance of the building because it seemedvery old.
There is some woman who is really kind and blond color hair. She helps me taking pics and it was very helpful :-)
On the day, group of some workers were taking videos on the top floor. So, I couldn’t look around there :-(
