My husband and I just purchased a sleeper sofa at Pacific Home. We are delighted with it and with their customer service! Before making our purchase we were aware that our 2nd floor condo would present a significant problem of getting this large piece inside. It had to be lifted over the lanai railing rather than fitting through the front door. Allison was so helpful in connecting us with capable delivery people who were up to the challenge. I would highly recommend Pacific Home and Allison.
We have purchased three items from Pacific Home and are thoroughly satisfied with all in terms of aesthetics, quality and price point. Staff was customer service focused, knowledgeable and responsive. Delivery service was top notch as well. I will definitely be back when it's time to buy new pieces for our home and would recommend them to others.
