Michael is an amazing artist and you can truly tell he loves what he does. I bought the entire archipelago of the Hawaiian islands and they look amazing. He even does custom work and his art is very reasonably priced. This is a must visit place if you are on Maui.
The art here is so unique and beautiful. I've seen many galleries on the island but this gallery is TRULY SPECIAL.. Michael put something special into each of his pieces.
Great art gallery. The artist and owner Michael was a pleasure to work with. Everything in the gallery is original art, not run of the mill cookie cutter art you see everywhere. I found out that he was able to assist in collecting other artists that I was interested in well. Left with a koa wood watch, a resin sculpture, and a place to find whatever I'm looking for in the future!
Michael Peters and the Maui Art Gallery have been absolutely amazing to work with. I can recommend them highly. Michael painted a very nice "custom" painting for me which has been enjoyed immensely as a gift. Michael also worked with me to obtain some of my favorite pieces that we have displayed -- he definitely went "above and beyond" to do so. Michael is a great guy who takes pride in his work and in his business and I am able to recommend him as well as his gallery very highly.
We wanted a special piece of art for our place in Maui. Luckily we found this gallery In Kihei as it was opening. The owners/artists are amazing. Very personal customer service. Nothing “stuffy” about this place.We love the abstract wave painting we purchased and the new friendship. We can’t wait to get back and see the beautiful store and enjoy our original art. Highly recommend this gallery!
