One of my favorite squares in Poland. Very well maintained, a richness in history, diversity in color scheme, and many different restaurant and cafe options along the periphery. It was also very clean, which I appreciate, and the gnomes scattered around offer an activity for both children and adults as you spot them and take pictures. The ratusz is stunning. The square is also surrounded by quaint streets housing the university buildings, haunting churches. The river and an abundance of unique bridges are to the north.
Stunningly beautiful square in a pretty city that seems be much less known outside Poland than it deserves. On the other hand, the relative lack of mass tourism adds to its charm. Plenty of restaurants and outdoor terraces make for a lively atmosphere
Very beautiful place and very lively. Restaurants serve very good food on the most part and for those who like to have a drink with friends, it's a great place to hang out. Many things to see and do around the area.
Beautiful square that captures the essence of Wroclaw! Carry mosquito spray with you at all times in summer as the moment dusk falls they come out in swarms! Stunning to sit in any of the restaurants to watch the excitement of the square.
nice place to enjoy an evening, despite of covid19 situation the place is still crowded.
