All my life I thought that I have harmful split ends, but after a haircut in Tony they don't split, for more than 3-4 months, for sure, and they lie perfectly. My master - top stylist Ksenia Tsyplukhina - has a very creative approach to business and I know for sure that my haircut will be beautiful, modern, the hairstyle will keep its shape for a long time
I visited the master Marina, wanted to update my image a little. I decided on coloring using the shatush technique and a haircut. The professional is immediately visible) Both the haircut and the painting are done exceptionally well. No bald spots, everything is neat. Hair has not deteriorated. Have recommended a care that suits my hair. Everyone I know also appreciated my reincarnation. They said they got younger))
Unexpectedly for myself, a low rating, according to the previously authoritative, for me Toni & Guy .. complete disappointment in working with clients from the salon. Two weeks before the scheduled visit, I threw off to the administrator a photo of the desired result and a photo of my hair, indicated the type of dyeing "creative" (I did it twice earlier, the transition from the roots of its color to light, and this time I wanted the same, but a lighter version) so that the master is ready for work in advance and avoid unnecessary questions about what I want when I meet. I pledged the amount for the transformation of 15,000 rubles. As a result, on day X, the master reported that she had not received any information about my desires from the administrator and the conversation dragged on for 40 minutes (!!) Traditionally, as in the previous visit, master Julia began to tell me that that I want to kill my hair and the fact that my curly hair is porous and stuff like that, I will note on my hair for three years there were no dyes and other damage, I wanted the most light blond tone, not white as a wall (as the master said) )) after a long controversy, Julia showed me three pictures, absolutely opposite to my desire, well, ok ... I choose the lightest option (the shade of wheat) after it is removed to clarify the cost, a typical procedure, and then a new bonus ... what I did in the salon under the coding "creative coloring", for which I signed up again, starts from 8500 rubles for my length, but the company's policy has changed and now what I want is "balayage" and start from 16300 rubles ahon differently and not say the coolest thing is after two weeks of waiting, you will learn about changes in the wording of the salon day after day. Okay, emotions are scaled down, the conversation is at a dead end, I'm wondering if what they did to me earlier suddenly became balayage, what is now called creative coloring? And they show me a photo and a scheme-coloring the strands on the face !!!! my reaction is for 2 strands on the face + trimming the ends 15,000 rubles ?? to which the answer is "well, not two strands, there will still be a couple behind" .. the curtain .. in total, the essence of my hair color (which was going to completely change) remains virgin and light strands are added near the face and even a couple behind, when asked what to do with gray hair, the answer is "you want a light shade of gray hair that will go well with new strands and there will be norms in the compartment" and for all this "transformation" with the correction of the roots 15000 rubles, and I come out like updated, but not updated, somehow. In the end, I, of course, leave, but they told me they are ready to take you for a haircut, seriously ??? !!! What a haircut when I arrived for the complex. In general, two weeks of waiting for the transformation and as a result a deep bummer .. after leaving the salon, the head Maxim contacted me, talked about guilt, value to clients and other delights, said that we would solve everything and the administrator would contact me to schedule a new meeting with another master, maybe on the same day the master was not in the studio. Iiiii, bingo, there really were calls, twice and both times got on the second line at 10:59 and 11:56, and that's enough for that, so we talked))) 8 days have passed and none of the Toni & Guy employees got in touch) and each stayed with his own, the salon with its own internal changes in the "author's methods of staining", and I, with my color, with harmonious gray hair, the sophistication that gives a light shade))
Damn, guys, advice for the future, if a client comes for an update, you don't need to persuade him, especially after two weeks of waiting and imposing your preferences, the days of killing hair with clandestine means are over ..
And if you change the dyeing technology, notify people ..

Complete disappointment and, of course, I will not go there anymore, the sensations received on the day of the visit are still yoku.
