A place to look for gifts in Malioboro area. It is comfortable and has a lot of various gifts. From souvenirs, snacks, batik, antiques, jewelry etc. The price is fair and the staff are well trained. Very polite and informative. Thank you!
In 2nd floor you can find all unique handycraft
Unfortunately, during this pandemic i can't visit this place. But this place is great for those who wants to find souvenirs or unique things. I know this place as Mirota Batik. This place never stops to surprise me.Their hospitality is great too!
I enjoy my experience when I visit Hamzah Batik. First the place has many varieties from cloth, food, jamu, souvenirs, painting, jewelry, and so on. Second the price is reasonable. Third the staffs are helpful. Fourth, the place is airconed, so it is comfortable during shopping. But they need to improve toilet cleanliness.
Last but not least, I like to spend time to do the mask painting. Space is not so big so we have to queue especially in holiday.
If you bring your personal car, you should park a bit further since there is no designated parking lot for Hamzah itself.
This is a reliable place to do one stop shopping.. as an native Jogjanese I find this is helpful and practical to get beautiful stuffs .
The atmosphere is great and the shopkeepers are really helpful and friendly.
It's also ne called one local tourist destination as well.
