Terrible attention from the shop assistants, especially a brunette girl who doesn't say thank you when you make the purchase. It has happened to me on several occasions that I have bought there.
A single clerk for everything, charging, inquiries, putting as a gift, etc., one Saturday morning to 3 days before the night of Kings. The other two clerks to their things, without attending to anyone. The queue to pay of more than 20 minutes, in the middle of the pandemic. They don't take care of their customers.
