Good selection especially the supermarket section, considering it is not big. You can find a lot of foodstuff not available from other supermarkets; this also means they cost a lot more which makes you hesitate to fill up your shopping cart with products. I have yet to explore other departments in detail, so my 3 star rating may go up or down.
You can not fault their customer service. In Alicante, by the train station, go to the coffee shop on the top floor, great outside view across city. Coffee prices good also.
Staff very helpful and smiley... Even though they had their masks on! Unfortunately they didn't have the items I wanted but offered to order them for me which I declined. Will definitely be back again.
Always great service! It never dissapoints for all the goods and services they provide. You can find most of the high end brands with excellent customer service.
This is Spain's equivalent to John Lewis in UK. Excellent store and very good service at competitive prices for quality products. Well worth a visit. In Alicante there are store catering for the home products and clothes etc. Excellent choices of products.
