really beautiful place to walk and have a view of the city and the sea alike... but this is my advice to all future tourist of this place in particular to be aware of local photographers as they are cheat and will rob you off 100 manat after saying they are only taking your photos for your viewing purposes...
Good view point for Baku City.Must visit place in the evening.
It's a lovely, green park, just across the street from Flame towers, with a lovely mosque, a funicular, and Martyr's Alley, as as well as an amazing view of the whole city and the Caspian Sea.
The view is really beautiful. You go up and there is a large space. You can look around the entire Baku city. I would recommend to come here at night to enjoy the night seeing.
Also you can see the 3 fire building here and the fire.
If you have come to Baku you must come here for the view.
