Nice idea for urban planning

Great mural in an amazing location that makes you want to explore even more

There is a killer Asian restaurant and a couple old guys playing guitar next to this thing. Also, as we have been eating the killer Asian food while there has been a nonstop flow of millennials making a pilgrimage to this mural for selfies.
