Nice location, close to the beach
We just stayed in this structure, 2 adults and a baby, initially I would have given many more stars and I would have even returned next year and I would have passed over some things, but passing the days I realized that some things were not going well above all I'll explain one to you. 1) as soon as we arrived to find our umbrella (included in the payment with bed and breakfast) we had to jump through hoops because if you have never been there the beach is immense and there is no one to ask. I was in an umbrella for 7 days and then found 2 elderly ladies (arrived many days after us and staying overnight in our same hotel) being told this is our umbrella, we have been coming here for 4 years, and I found myself well 3 times my stuff on another deckchair, I go to the reception of the hotel which gives her the number of the umbrella and I explain what happened, and I am told eh but they are elderly they have already been moved several times ... I give you the number behind it, maybe I was wrong to give you the number of the umbrella. After 7 days do you notice it ??? It makes me very strange, then so does this authorize me to throw my stuff like rags in another crib? He should have made them move to the maximum to be fair, and tell him I already assigned this umbrella 7 days ago. I really felt treated like a second-class person because I understood that the whole conversation was born because the 2 elderly ladies had already been here for 4 years. 2) you have to have breakfast at 300 meters from the hotel, and if you arrive a little later you can't make it because there is a queue to take the Mileage things. 3) a few times I had to go and ask for toilet paper and towels as they forgot to put them there. 4) cleanliness is not that great. 5) if you have a baby like us in the lift with the pram, you really have a hard time staying there. 6) the shower comes a little hot a little cold. 7) the mattress of the sofa bed is very uncomfortable After all that has happened, we absolutely do not recommend this structure to anyone.
We just stayed at this property, we were 4, 2 adults and 2 children. They gave us a two-room apartment, very large, except for the shower where I couldn't even turn around. I give 3 stars because of the shower and breakfast, as they had it done at another similar 4 star hotel and it was really poor. It was better the past few years when it could be done directly in the structure. I add that it is located a few steps from the sea, pay attention to the umbrella they will give you, almost in the last row.
Not recommended and above all DO NOT go there for these reasons: you do not have the protection to lock your room and be thoughtless since ... I with the key to my room can open all the others and vice versa. I'm not kidding because each room has 1 key and with it you can open both the entrance door in the evening and the room ... We also did a test on another room ... Think twice before going there. Unclean room .. We went inside and there were 2 fingers of dust on the shelves. In the booking they wrote that 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella were included, at the cinferma they decided that they were 1 sunbed, 1 deckchair and 1 umbrella. Although we had adapted ... the moment we arrive they tell us that the umbrellas are sold out and that they have decided to move us on the day and put it on the day of departure and of course we were leaving and we would not have used it. So the first day we found ourselves with our hands in our hands. Another problem is THE BREAKFAST. It is not inside the building but you had to walk 300 meters and go to another hotel with breakfast constraint from 7.30am to 9.30am. Absurd. Horrendous experience. Besides, the mattress was very uncomfortable and I slept very badly
Totally different from the description, 165 € per night for three people in a room with a sofa bed that breaks your back, breakfast at 200 meters never made because lack of tables poor staff, so you preferred to make it in the bar at your own expense, parking not comfortable beach service only if available with dog you have to go to the beach Pluto no convention at that price you can go to a 4 star Bibione nice apartment x nothing I think we will never go back and I do not recommend this structure x anything
