Reviews from visitors:
Excellent house preserving all original features. Lovely guided tour by the owner, passionate and well documented. The book about the house is a pleasant read.
Great visit and passionate explanations from the owner of the house. I really recommend this Art Deco hidden gem!
A hidden gem in the heart of the city, walking distance to Brussel's major museums. If the Horta Museum is too out of the way for you, I highly recommend the Fondation Frison Horta as an alternative.
The house is a living time capsule and active restoration project. Not yet a fully finished house museum, but the lack of velvet ropes makes for a more unique and immersive visit. Well worth the price of admission for the private tour and the explanation of all the work being done to redeem the house's original features, and you have the satisfaction of knowing you have contributed to the future of a great architectural monument. There is still plenty to see in terms of original murals, furniture, and architectural details.
A hidden gem in the centre of Brussels. This unique masterpiece of Victor Horta deserves to be restored to its original glory. Thank you so much Foundation Frison Horta to keeping Horta's dream vivid and alive.
Thank you very much for the wonderful experience and for accepting me with such a short notice. The visit left a lasting memory. Good luck with the restoration.
