Everything was perfect during our stay. The staff was amazing with us, so nice. They helped us about everything, booking tours, booking grab to go to the airport, making copies for visa... Can't thank them enough.

We could choose our room when we arrived, very cool. The room was very spacious, the bed huge and very confortable.
The location was perfect, very close to everything and also just a bit remote, so perfectly quite. The pool was a little too cold for me, but it was very peaceful to get some rest around.
10/10 on this hotel !!

The hotel is very clean and in a relatively good area. However we had a terrrible experience with the shower and water pressure. The shower would not heat up and there was little to no pressure. We were told to wait 10 minutes.. we did and no change, then told to wait another 10, again nothing. After them coming to check on the shower we were told we needed to wait another 10-20 minutes to allow the water to fill up.. after almost 40 minutes still no water. Finally we were told the water tank was actually empty.. so we were brought to a hotel down the street and were able to shower in the outside pool showers but again no hot water.
TERRIBLE experience. The young lady was very apologetic and nice, but still doesn't make up for this nightmare.
The good (if it was just this I'd rate a solid 4/5)

- Convenient location with lots of good things in walking distance
- Polite staff
- Early check in for 300 tbh
- Comfortable
The not so good (these items were so annoying that I'd rate a 1-2...)
- Awful sewage/sulfur smell coming from the drains; we closed/covered all the drains and kept the fan on but it only helped temporarily
- Tiniest sink of all time, which was 50% blocked by a shelf, making it almost impossible to brush your teeth or wash your face
- Penalized 200 tbh for a single wash cloth that had some make up on it from washing my face (though I do this in my own home daily and it washes out with no problem)
