Not a busy spot and a guide is included in the price (tour was about 30 minutes). We were the only two on the tour! :) Pay the extra 5 soles to go to the bell tower, the scenery from up there is stunning! You can't take pics inside, but you can take pics from the bell tower and also in the gardens/courtyard.
15PEN for the museum, +5PEN for the tower. The view is very nice! The museum has some very old paintings and books. Sadly, it is not allowed to take photos even without flash.
You are not allowed to take photos and if requested a guide takes you through. Unfortunately, our guide's English wasn't the best and her knowledge wasn't the best. She was unable to answer any of our questions. Also take your own toilet paper, like in most toilets in Cusco.
Very unfortunate that they don’t let you take pictures anywhere. I understand not using a flash, not using your camera at all! Why? They want to sell post cards? We didn’t buy any! The most interesting is the old book room!
Went on a whim given the amazing facade. You get deep-dive, semi-private tour of the entire facility, in addition to an amazing history lesson on the city itself. Views from the bell tower are incredible. Worth the mere $5, I'd say.
