THIEVES!!!
I am very angry. We made a reservation directly from the website of "the hotel".
We made a first payment the day of the reservation and 2 days later the hotel use my credit card to make a second payment!
I sent them a couple of emails with the proof of the double invoicing, I contacted them by phone.
In the first time, they told me that they are going to solve the problem and then they stopped answering.
They do not answer my emails.
So they are stoling people money like if it was normal.
Be carefull if you make a reservation with them.
There are a lot of bed and breakfast/hotel in Florence, I recommend you to do it somewhere else
Newly built rooms clean however breakfast is an issue serve in room not enough for 1 person and even after asking for extra no luck.
If you love tranquility and independence this place is for YOU. OK for me
Unfortunately was only one night at the street inn florence. I would receive a warm welcome and funny enough in German. My room was very stylish and everything was clean and, above all, really nice as described. 5 * because I liked everything very much. Tip Top!
