Ordered a small/lightweight item as a Christmas gift. The shipping options were outrageous but I chose the cheapest option which was still 3 times the price I paid for the item itself and did not include tracking. The item never arrived and the shop will not do anything to assist. Would NOT recommend ordering from this shop if you are in the US.

I ordered 'VINTAGE POSTER KIT - TIMBER POSTER / CHART / MAP HANGER' for $29.95 + postage on their website. I received the item with no problems however the item was not as expected as shown in the images. The twine was extremely short and, after calling the store, I was advised that this would stretch - it has not as of yet. I cannot use this item due to this. Albeit, they have some lovely items online, I am very disappointed.
