Reviews from visitors:
Paid RM1 for local adult. Really worth it. Hopefully can keep up the place for educational purpose to younger generations.
Place was not crowded today. Bring a baby. Had a great time.
Such a disappointment. The place is not well lit, the lighting for some of the exhibits are off. Shouldnt there be someone on patrol daily to check these things? How are visitors to see and read if everything is dark?
For the exterior, the indoor "botanical" garden is in bad shape. Not sure what is the purpose it is there for. At least have some initiative to place some nice flowers there to make it more visually appealing. Sound of the water is not enough to attract.
Hope to see more exhibit. Been here 5x past 5 years, not much has change.
Impressed by the collection but dismayed by the lack of maintenance of the museum. Aircon was mostly not working there and it was sad to see that some artifacts had shown signs of deterioration.
This place had the opportunity to be so cool.
Highly urge Malaysians to pay more visits to the museum so that the museum management has enough funds and attention to receive better maintenance.
For students, DEFINITELY VISIT THIS PLACE. U can see a huge whale skeleton and IT'S FREE ENTRANCE! (remember to bring ur student card though)
Obviously, i don't think you can easily find any museum with RM2 ticket now 2020. This price obviously not making any profit from the people. And i can remember how this place look exactly as 20 years ago when my dad brought me here, look exactly the same 20 years later when i brought my son his first visit . Nothing much changes but well maintained. Worth to spend 3 hours here indoor and outdoor visit and just cost you 2 ringgit !
