I was a guest in this hotel for a month and I found these five stars fantastic both as a structure and all the comforts of a five star hotel. Very professional staff, excellent welcome of all the staff and I thank Mrs. Maria of the plans who at the time of the covid delivered you the daily room in a satisfactory way. Thanks for everything.
Although the rooms are small, the staff at the St Regis make you feel like a queen. In particular the concierges but everyone is exceedingly polite and well-mannered. The concierges are true gems when it comes problem-solving or getting you a table at a particular restaurant. They give you advice about the city and they know a lot about the history of the region. The breakfast terrace overlooking the Grand Canal offers a unique view.
Amazing staff, great service, everyone friendly and fast at helping with anything needed. The sommelier Miriam was great with her tips, all the wines we had were amazing! Will definitely come back!
Excellent hotel, we could not have hoped for better. Exquisite interior decors, great service, good bar and restaurant, very clean, gorgeous views of the Grand Canal at the Basilica di Santa Maria level. With 10% occupancy due to the pandemic, this is a lifetime opportunity to visit Venice. Even more amazing than in the movies, this gorgeous city has to be on your bucket list for an unforgettable experience.

This beautiful hotel is located at the heart of Venice in a quiet area and can be accessed by foot or by taxi-boat.
The rooms are clean, beautiful, modern, and vibrant. However, this property offers you more than just accommodation, it offers you an unforgettable experience.
We stayed at the St Regis Venice for 2 nights and were greeted by Philippe (Chief Leader) who provided us with A+ service throughout our entire stay. He even made sure our puppy was taken care as soon as we checked in!
We were then greeted by our butler, Rachel who is very passionate about her job and she made our stay an unforgettable experience by going above and beyond!
During our stay, there were some issues with our TV and when reported to the front desk, Elisa managed the service recovery very professionally and made sure the rest of our stay was excellent.
The above employees have made our stay unforgettable and really brought the values of the brand to life. One of our favourite part of Venice was the service offered by this amazing team.
