Reviews from visitors:
Very cool museum to stop in when it gets hot in Lima! As others have mentioned, it’s not very big. Actually, it’s just one large warehouse (showing temporary and permanent exhibits), a smaller room adjacent to the warehouse for small exhibits, and the park, which is accessible without having to buy a ticket to the museum itself. I recommend getting coffee at the cute cafe there!
The museum itself is beautiful but the exhibits were terrible. I hardly call them art. But that’s just my opinion. I’ve met a lot of artists and most have way more talent and way more to offer in regards to the art community. My daughter is a blooming artist and was definitely turned off of going to any art museums in the future.
Small museum, just a few exhibits. Yet when we visited it was powerful and gave food for thought. Much unused space, hope they will attract more exhibitors.
Very few exhibits. There are so many other art museums with so much to see that I don't think this would be the best use of your time. If you do visit I can tell you don't need to spend very much time.
As mentioned by others museum is very small, at the time of my visit one room was under preparation so there were only two exhibits. Architecturally nice museum and has a beautiful garden with a cafeteria so if you are around and have time you can spend around 30min here.
