Wonderful service, affordable jewelry
If i could give this place negative ZERO stars i would. My sister in law took in her engagement ring to get it resized and they swapped out her diamond. We know this is not the same diamond because her diamond had a unique serial number laser engraved in it. These people think they can swindle people and get away with it. NOT THIS TIME! Thieves, thieves, thieves. BEWARE, DO NOT take ANY of your expensive jewelry to these thieves.
One of the best jewelry stores in the city. Their customer service is amazing. Their prices are so affordable. The most impressive thing is they sale authentic jewelry no counterfeits and this is surely value for money spent.
I took my engagement ring to be resized last week on Saturday and they switched my diamond! Despite my efforts to let them know that this had happened (I know my ring!!!), they made me look crazy by insisting that that wasn’t the case. Worst day of my 2020! DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEWELRY TO THESE PEOPLE!!
