I really enjoyed my journey at this hotel. Very nice and wide rooms, stylish, much taste and care about decoration. The bed was comfortable and even if my room was close to the street, it was quiet and relaxing. The bathroom is also modern and I appreciated to find beautiful orchids flowers in it. Finally the breakfast is delicious. Try the tasty mozzarella ❤️ I'll get back to Palermo and I definitely know which Hotel I'm gonna choose again next time !
Tomorrow we leave Palermo and thanks to Floriana, her staff and her beautiful hotel, we have had unforgettable days at the Palazzo Natoli !!! there is no detail that they have forgotten, between the renovation, decoration and the service to the guests; the breakfast is excellent and every day everything they offer is fresh and made like home; It is located in an area that you can walk to all the important places to know in the historic area. Thanks for all the attention you have had with us and that is why we leave our hearts with you Do not hesitate if you come to Palermo Sicily to book a room in this hotel and wonderful days will be waiting for you !!!
Outstanding service, they all went above and beyond. Nice room and bathroom. Great shower. Comfy bed. The only negative is the wifi is attrocious and data in the area is also unavailable, which made it hard. Great breakfast too.
Lovely small boutique hotel in the centre of old Palermo town - the cathedral and all the main tourist sights are within a few minutes’ walking distance and there are some great restaurants and bars on your doorstep.
The hotel is an old palazzo that has been beautifully and sympathetically renovated - stylish and elegant, a perfect blend of old and new. We stayed in room 7 which has a spacious shower room, a good sized bedroom (with a very comfy bed) and a small balcony with a table for 2.
Breakfast is served in the lovely bright downstairs dining room. There is a wide range of carefully prepared sweet and savoury Sicilian breakfast treats to feast on (as well as the more traditional breakfast fare of cereals, fruit and eggs) and fresh tea and coffee - it’s well worth getting up for.
The staff are very friendly and professional. Fluent in English (as well as other languages) they will offer all the help and assistance that you might need. Ask for recommendations on where to have dinner, or to take the aperitvo, and they will come up with some great suggestions. We loved our stay in the heart of this intriguing city.
Highly recommended.
Very nice boutique hotel, clean, friendly, helpful, stylish, large rooms, town center
