Reviews from visitors:
A must visit when in Patong, very vibrant and lively, some great live music at the bars. Lots of entertainment. Not a place I would take my children too, not after 9pm anyway.
Night walking street
Bangla is the best walking street in this area. There are plenty of pubs and night-bar. Some people might interest to exotic shows here (you could ask locals for the ticket)
It is truly night-life party for travelers.
But because of COVID19, there are a very very few people here. Most of the store/bar/pub are close.
Note: on the daytime, it is mostly empty. nothing is interesting here
Starting to open up after the 2nd wave. Still quiet with many outlets closed. This short soi has many go-go bars and attracts mainly tourists.
Always a hart beat, except for now. COVID 19 has changed everything. It's quite and empty. But after this horrifying pandemic it will be the main hart beat of Patong again. Always a good place to visit, relax and have a drink or two, sometimes more. The vibe rocks.
There are currently no people there. This is a ghost city. Even construction investments are on hold. Several restaurants open only. No food bazar, lack of food troleys, closed more than 90% of Seven Eleven and Family Mart shops. In main shopping mall 2 shops still working: BigC and Watson. Practically no foreigners to be seen. Thai people you may meet on Sunday on the beach only.
