Visited this restaurant over spring break, great to support a local mom and pop restaurant. Food was worth the wait to get in. I had the red snapper and it was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Husband had the surf and turf and my son had the flounder with shrimp. Both raved how good their meals were. Don’t forget to try Gil’s gumbo it was just the right amount of spicy.
This place was great! Small and what I would call a “hole in the wall” but the food was delicious. The oysters on the half shell were fresh and delicious and the blackened fish was amazing. I had the red snapper and my husband had the amberjack. I highly recommend this place! Staff was kind, attentive and laid back.
