Very Arrogant and unexperienced service, specially the guy with long hair who looks straight out of the 70s. We bought two postcards and they could not even offer us a small envelope, while he and they other cashier were chatting and laughing in Czech. The art is Cool though.
We purchased some items from this store to have shipped to the U.S. They handled the shipping and one of the items came broken. After many attempts to work with the company and their manager Eva Hanzalová, they refused to take responsibility or ship us a new product even after we offered to pay for shipping for a new item. Because of this, we wasted money on an item that is broken, the shipping, and because the item was a gift, we have to purchase a new gift. This cost us hundreds of U.S. dollars. Although their artwork and collection is great, their customer service and willingness to resolve our issue was poorly handled and never resolved. I do not recommend purchasing from this store and especially not relying on them to ship it safely.
Great decor although pretty expensive. You can find little offers from time to time.
