Reviews from visitors:
A very nice museum with several locations; we only visited two.
The temporary exhibition was nice but there wasn't a lot to see. There were just two rooms filled with artwork but the entrance ticket was fairly cheap so it wasn't too bad. The artwork was great. There is also a free exhibition on the ground floor is free but extremely small.
This was one of the best places we visited in Prague. The glass exhibition was amazing and very informative. There was also a textile exhibition on the same floor which was really interesting. My 14 year daughter also really enjoyed this. I don't think young kids would enjoy this (you also may have problems stopping them touching the exhibits as most are not behind glass), but older kids with an interest in design would get a lot from the visit.
No items on display!! They claim to have half a million in their collections and not 25 items are displayed in the museum!! Only temporary exhibitions hold some extraordinary glass works.
Not a big as other Capitals Museum of Decorative Arts but the building splendid and were lucky to see an exhibition of Czech art from 1946 - 2019
