Treatment by tour clerk as we asI complaint. To the point that he came very aggressive saying I was implying he was taking the difference. Something I never said but I was not happy with the lack of professionalism. Every time you come to the front desk they act like you are bothering them. From an Elite customer I think you must train your employees a little bit better.
Other than that this hotel is well located and everyone else is very nice.
Very friendly staff. Professional and go out of their way to make sure you get the best service. From Ezequeal to Anderson as well as Stevens in the front desk to mention a few. They are collectively super awesome. Ask for anything and they'll make sure you got it. The house keepers do phenomenal jobs as well. Very respectful staff. The hotel comes highly recommended. Meals are great!! Breakfast buffet style, varieties and hot. I can authoritative say so, stayed 9 days with my family!!
