I had such an incredible experience with Gio, she is very professional and has the greatest ability of capturing exactly what you are envisioning and bringing it to life ! 10/10 would recommend!
If you’re an amateur artist looking for inspiration, then this place is absolutely perfect for you! Giovanna, the artist and owner of this amazing house, is super friendly and always looking to give you advice if you’re looking for it as an artist. She recently started giving painting classes, too and I can tell you that it is NOT like painting with a twist. She gives you the freedom to make your painting your own but is available at any second if you want her to step in and show you new techniques. Her art is beautifully displayed and ready to he bought if you’re interested. She also follows all recommendations on COVID safety, so if you’re looking to have a break from quarantining and you’re looking for safe activities, visiting the Art House is definitely a must.
Gio's artwork is absolutely stunning. I've bought several prints and a canvas which I can't wait to get hung up on my home. If I could buy one of everything I absolutely would. She is an inspiration!
Most beautiful place! From the moment you enter you are transported to another world. The art, the layout and the hospitality by Gio & Carlos is superb. I have been to galleries in Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Russia. But none have ever made me feel at home like this place. If you are in San Antonio it is a must to visit this cozy home to the art of Giovanna DiZurita.
Her art reflects her as person. The energy, spontaneity, depth of emotion at time, is all showing and beautiful to encounter. If you have not had a chance to view the studio space, schedule a social distance time to do so. You won't be disappointed by the presence of the space and the hospitality and conversations of the artist.
