The downstairs portion was quite fascinating with all of the different paintings as well as after the first few rows of the upstairs. The first few rows upstairs was all trying to make some sort of political statement (which is not what attracts me to art/museums). Other than this, the staff was lovely and museum was great!
in the early 2000s, returning on average 1-2 times a year. Exhibitions with renowned names and a large underground theater are hallmarks of the museum. In the free space it is possible to follow the outdoor sessions of Mostra SP and the fair, however on normal days the place is infested with people of bad nature. When passing there, be careful with your belongings
I went here with my girlfriend and it was a great experience to see some beautiful art from modern to renaissance. I was very pleased with the variety and quality of the art. It was a little bit of a wait to get in but definitely worth it, great environment and staff. Thanks for the experience and I hope you can continue to bring more art to the public.
The visit at MASP cannot be missed for those passing through São Paulo. Plural, Diverse and Inclusive Museum. It brings together the best exhibitions of arts, music, etc. I highly recommend the visit. On this visit I followed the works of Claude Monet, Pablo Picasso, Beatriz Milhazes, etc.
Incredible. My wife and I spent about 2 hours in the museum and could've been there longer. I'm not art person by any means and I have a new level of appreciation for art especially paintings. We had a friend with us who was a bit of a guide which really helped, explaining the history and the type of art for us to gain a deeper understanding. Highly recommend to visit MASP if you venture to Sao Paulo. The staff did a nice job and it's very easy to get in and out. We took the stairs, there are a lot of them, haha.
