Comfortable to stay and nice staff (hey, they can speak English fluently)
Modern building, clean and organized. It’s a little bit far from downtown, and public transportation is not that great in Sapporo. Without own vehicle, it is a hassle to get there.
There are sometimes foreign culture events with food tasting opportunities.
Free parking definitely is a great plus.

Good place. Here the participants can different people from different countries. They have different cultures. Good restaurant is there and you can have a nice chat with people all over the world
