We liked the painting but unfortunately it was The worst shopping experience in Bali. We bought the painting and asked to be shipped to Jakarta. Then, we asked if the painting has arrived to Jakarta since we were still in Bali. What they said was, we were complaining. Hey, you better update your customer when you have sent it and the painting is shipped like other gallery did, for example Semar Kuning Gallery Ubud .
So bad service And response to customer’s inquiry! Never buy things here! The guy named Philippe is so rude responding to customer. Bring A Warm Hospitality to your store please!
