We had such a bad experience. The staff is rude, we had cutted NAILS on our table, ordered whiskey sour, there was no whiskey inside and the barman said he FORGOT the whiskey. No bath robes in the rooms, no iron. Parking is 15€ per night and it is not noted. It could be more comfortable for that value.
The interior is nice and that’s where it all ends.Super overprices i paid 500 BGN for a room with garden view , however the view was of a wall there wasnt any garden there. Furthermore the staff and lazy and unprofessional.Having in mind it’s a 5 star hotel i would have expected that the TV in the room works, guess what it didnt! The “swimming pool” is more like a puddle and you can not do any swimming there. Furthermore they charge the outrages amount of €15 per day for a car park which is on the street not even an underground parking! I would definately not recommend and their restaurant is horrible too!

Excellent location, very good breakfast and a beautiful view over the sea from terrace.
Really cosy and fancy place, best location, helpful stuff. Great view – enjoy the most beautiful sunsets.
