Because it is cozy, warm, relaxing; a bit like being at home. Perfect place for a dinner, a drink, or an event with friends. Modern international menu, excellent price quality.
The restaurant is really nice and with great potential, the cook is very skilled and well prepared, the staff very kind. I do not understand why 3 things have happened that I consider important to review, I order a glass of wine that I know well and take me to the table of wine open for at least a week and very unpleasant not only to the nose but above all to the palate (they could say that they did not have more) I order a cake and I get out incandescent and frozen (it is not bad to use the microwave but there is the defrost function that they should have used) and finally leave the cutlery for the cake instead of laying them on the plate or after having wrapped them in napkins, on the table without a minimum of hygienic appearance. I am very sorry and I hope mine is seen as a constructive criticism aimed at improvement rather than a negative note.
The TOP in Alcamo !!! Very nice and particular place consisting of two indoor rooms and a small open internal atrium, very kind, helpful and prepared staff but the strong point is the chef: he knows what he does, he knows how to do it VERY well and offers a different menu mass which is periodically varied. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!
Excellent local, rustic, very simple. Nice people. You eat very well, impeccable service. I recommend it.
