The pictures were a big fat lie. The wall very badly needs a fresh coat of paint, the curtains had strange spots on them, the bed was uncomfortable, the desk was weirdly untidy too. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, but we got 2 packs of shampoo instead. Overall it was a very disappointing experience, because the pictures were so convincing, that's why we chose this hotel over another one. But what we got couldn't be further from what the pictures suggested
Well located accomodation in venice, spacious restaurant and friendly staff!!
Like a basic hostel. Stale breakfast. No service.
Not as in the pictures, extremely small rooms and bathroom. The room is so hot and muffy that you have to keep your room door and window open for airflow. The breakfast was so minimal, breads (1 type of Whitbread only) were finished by the end and not refilled. No eggs, fruits or brown breads. Also pillows were so flat we had to fold them to have some decent sleep. We were out the entire day but still would not choose this hotel the next time we come.
Good price, close to the public transport, kind staff, tasty food.
But small bathroom. When we booked we requested double room, but finally we've got just twin room.
